Banana bread protéiné

Sans gluten et sans sucres ajoutés
Ingrédients :
4 bananes mûres pour la préparation (environ 370g) + 1 banane pour la décoration
2 œufs
250g de flocons d’avoine mixés (j'ai utilisé de l'avoine sans gluten que j'ai ensuite mixé)
100g de poudre d’amande
250g de skyr ou de yaourt grec
150g de chocolat noir
10g de levure chimique
1 pincée de fleur de sel
Instructions :
Faites préchauffer le four à 180°C
Écrasez 3 bananes, puis ajoutez les œufs et le yaourt et mélangez
Ajoutez les ingrédients secs avec la fleur de sel, puis mélangez à nouveau jusqu’à obtenir une préparation homogène
Ajoutez le chocolat coupé en morceaux et mélangez
Versez la pâte dans un moule et ajoutez une banane coupée en deux dans la longueur sur le dessus
Enfournez pendant environ 45 minutes à 180°C
Apport en protéines
Total estimé = Environ 105g de protéines pour le gâteau entier
Si vous coupez en 8 parts = Environ 13 à 14 g de protéines par part
