Porridge au four chocolat (façon gâteau fondant)

Ingrédients (1 portion)
40g de flocons d’avoine
1 œuf
120ml de lait végétal
1 cas de cacao cru
1 carré de chocolat noir (pour le cœur)
Préparation
Mélangez tous les ingrédients sauf le carré de chocolat
Versez dans un petit ramequin
Ajoutez le carré au centre
Enfournez à 180°C pendant 13-15 min

1 tbsp raw cacao
1 square dark chocolate (for the center)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate square.
Pour into a small ramekin.
Place the chocolate square in the center.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 13–15 minutes.
